The energy reaching your home flows through a Romagnole product.
With a professional management system, continuous investments in employee qualification and technological resources, Romagnole has achieved a level of excellence that places it in a prominent position among companies in its sector. This is reflected in the manufactured products, the responsibility in administrative matters, and the integrity in the relationships the company has with its audiences.
Over the years, the quality of the manufactured materials, combined with the seriousness in negotiations, have made Romagnole a benchmark in its field. Its products are present throughout Brazil and in countries across the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.

Romagnole maintains a permanent project for the management and disposal of waste generated in its production and administrative processes. This way, the company reuses or recycles 95% of its waste, which includes materials such as paper, metal scrap, wood, paint residue and solvents, among others. The remaining 5% is sent to licensed companies responsible for final disposal of these residuals.
Concerned with the preservation of natural resources, Romagnole has a reduction program for water and electricity consumption, which has shown highly positive results. This program’s success is due to awareness initiatives developed with employees.
A continued search for production processes and technologies that reduce resource use and minimize environmental impact is a reality at Romagnole. Among the developed actions, the campaign to reduce paper usage and the acquisition of equipment to recover acids and solvents stands out.
Focusing on environmental education for its internal audience, Romagnole holds an annual Environment Week. This project, which has already involved over four thousand people, provides employees with important information on environmental issues and introduces them to Romagnole’s key environmental projects.
Environmental awareness among employees is continuously reinforced through training carried out throughout the year and during the onboarding of new employees. This work is supported by the company’s newspaper and other internal communication channels.
Romagnole seeks to encourage its employees to plant trees. To this end, the company regularly distributes seedlings of native species from the Atlantic Forest and provides guidance on proper planting methods. This program has already been responsible for the planting of over three thousand new trees.
In collaboration with public schools in Mandaguari (PR), Romagnole conducts environmental education projects that include lectures given by company employees. Topics covered include selective waste collection, responsible consumption of water and electricity, environmental conservation, and tree planting.
Given the large volume of recyclable materials generated by Romagnole, the company has established an internal selective waste collection program. This program is being reinforced with employee training and the distribution of informational materials.
Romagnole complies with current national legislation and holds environmental licenses for all its activities. Additionally, environmental monitoring of all its production processes is conducted through periodic analyses of water, soil, and air quality to ensure compliance with established standards for each activity. The company also performs an annual internal audit in its units to check the environmental quality of its processes.
To demonstrate Romagnole’s commitment not only to quality but also to Environmental, Health, and Occupational Safety issues, in 2010 the company intensified efforts in these spheres and began implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards. This process will integrate these certifications with ISO 9001, forming an Integrated Management System (IMS) that ensures good quality without harming the environment, while protecting the life and safety of employees.
At the end of the lifecycle of Romagnole’s products, their components (concrete, metal, oil, wood, and contaminated parts) can be sent for post-use treatment/recycling or final disposal by specialized companies.
