The Romagnole Group appointed Mr. Rodrigo Romani Cavallini to serve as DPO. The DPO’s responsibilities include:

1. Accepting complaints and communications from data subjects, providing clarifications and adopting the necessary measures;
2. Receive communications from the ANPD and take action;
3. Inform and advise the controller, third parties and collaborators who process personal data, in relation to the practices necessary for data protection;
4. Perform other tasks determined by the controller.
